Michael Panepento was born and raised in Buffalo,
New York. He received bacholor degrees in Music
Education and performance from The State University
of New York at Fredonia and has taught both junior
high and college level curriculum.
As a music professional(drummer/sound engineer)
for the past twenty years, Michael has performed
and toured with acts such as The Temptations,
The Four Tops, The Alabama Symphony Orchestra,
Jesus Christ Superstar and The Commodores, among
others.
As an active professional in the music business,
Michael works as a production/stage manager for
major artists and music festivals throughout the
country. In addition, as an audio engineer/producer,
he has produced and engineered more than two dozen
records, movie soundtracks, and countless radio
and television commercials.
For 5 years, Michael was the Operations Director/Talent Buyer of the WorkPlay Media Complex in Birmingham, Alabama, where he administered to all audio /video operations and talent purchases. He is currently the president of his own artist management/development company.
Michael's knowledge and experience in education,
music, and business serve as a strong foundation
for directing and developing the Music For Students program
and its postive influence on the youth of today.
